CUSTOMER’S APPROACH TOWARDS THE TREASURE MALL: Empirical Case study of Nanded City

Abstract: 

The young generation prefers the new modern method for shopping and other things. The mostly customers like to go the mall, due to luxurious facility provide by mall. The most of the students are going to mall for the watching movie and shopping. The goal of this study is to examine the factors which influence the consumers' attraction to shopping malls.
This research paper is an empirical case study which focuses on awareness, problems, preferences, expenditure pattern & satisfaction of Consumers towards Treasure Mall in Nanded city. This study is an ex-post facto research which is descriptive in nature and sample size for the study was 100 respondents who are the customers of this mall. Primary data collection was done with the help of Structured Questionnaire and Secondary data was collected through books, journals and websites.
