For proper operation of the banks and discharge the obligations to different segments of the society, profit earning is essential. However, profit earning is not a part of fundamental principles of the co-operative banks yet essential for sustenance and survival. In this paper authors tries to analyze the profitability of the Surat Central Co-operative Bank with the help of profitability ratios. Regression analyses has been used for analysis of data of last ten years i.e.2005-06 to 2014-15. On the basis of the analysis, concluded that the overall profitability position of the Suart DCCB was good during the study period.
