Abstract: 

Today people are facing many problems in this changing world, so job satisfaction is also becoming complex day-by-day for them wherever they work. An integral component of a work climate is job satisfaction which is very much related to the values teachers hold. The values which the teachers have will effect generation of students. Satisfaction is a function of the discrepancy between the job outcomes of a person’s wants and outcomes that are perceived to be received. The objective of the study is to discover levels of job satisfaction and personal values of secondary teachers of Gujarati secondary school teachers with particular reference to gender, discipline and teaching experience.
