Abstract: 

The word ‘Quality’ is from chemical industry. Quality has no common and universal definition. Quality has multiple definitions. The meaning of Quality differs from person to person. According to B.Ed. students components of Quality at B.Ed. level are Important for educational management, Continuous improvement, Educational Planning and Implementation. B.Ed. trainees believe that Leadership and Partnership, Classroom interaction, Quality of teaching – learning process, Evaluation process, Infrastructure of college and other facility. The quality of teaching – learning process is directly related to teaching–learning method, teaching –learning environment, physical facilities are very important, syllabus/curriculum. Library skill of student and some other factors like lecture time should be 45 minutes, Implement semester and grading system, Prompts steps should be taken to eradicate their problems related to teaching – learning process. Quality improvement in B.Ed. level education is difficult task. It requires commitment in excellence, devotion to leadership and readiness for changes and innovation in various aspects of present system.
