The world is currently experiencing a foremost change i.e. "The Information Technology Revolution". The foundation stone of this revolution is the innovations and developments in Computing and Telecommunication Technologies. The effect of IT on service sector is large as compared to others. All over the world, the banking sector being a service provider has been observing a big change in its working environment, policies, organizational structure, service delivery channels and deployment of new products. GREEN AWAKING OR NOT: INVESTING PRO-ENVIRONMENTAL BEHAVIOUR INTENTION OF GUJRAT CONSUMERS

This study investigates the effects of consumer’s environmental awareness and responsibility towards personal norms in shaping pro-environmental behaviour in Gurjat Context. Many of today’s environmental issues are directly or indirectly a consequence of people’s everyday behaviour. Indeed, as environmental concern has today become a universal phenomenon, understanding of the perspective and through its motivational domains is of much significance to strategic decisions of organizations.

Due to substantial cuts in state appropriations and rapidly diminishing budgets, public institutions of higher education in particular are struggling to realign resources and programs to fulfill their educational missions and maintain academic quality, while simultaneously responding to complex external legislative and accreditation mandates (Alvin and Edna 2012). Higher education institutions in Gujarat are divided into three categories namely Public Funded and Self-finance Colleges in Public Universities and self supporting Private Universities.

Employees are important assets to any organisation. So, it becomes important for the organisation to understand and motivate the employees. In spite of all the motivations and support, the employee may not perform up to the expectations of the organisations. E-LEARNING IN INDIAN HIGHER EDUCATION

E-Learning is a modern, technology-oriented training method. It is moulding the world wide educational scenario from local to global approach. In India, the education system is based on class room lectures. E-Learning is used as a teaching and learning tool by teachers and students but e-learning courses are not usually offered by Indian Universities. Prospective of e-learning is high in India but the adoption rate is very low. A good marketing strategy, awareness and evolutionary government policy is required for this purpose.

Attitude Of Student Teachers Towards Microteaching

The present study was conducted to study the attitude towards microteaching of  female student teachers with reference to their, stream, educational qualification and category. A sample of 94 female student teachers of Dhrol was selected by simple random sampling technique. The study revealed that the there is a significant difference between Science student teachers and Arts student teachers with regard to their attitude towards Microteaching.

THE SCHOOL EDUCATION FACILITIES IN BORDER AND COASTAL AREA VILLAGES OF KACHCHH DISTRICT OF GUJARAT STATE

Target of Sarva Siksha Abhiyan (SSA), and Right to Education (RTE) Act, has not been achieved till. Now one more Rastriya Uchchh Siksha Abhiyan (RUSA) has targeted ensuring Access, Equality and Quality of education  and ensured Gross Enrolment Ratio (GRE) in higher education  25.2% at the end of  XIIth   Five year Plan and 32 %  at the end of  XIIIth Five year Plan and also  targeted to correct regional imbalance in access to higher education. Without achieving batter school education, it is difficult to attain the target of RUSA.

IMPORTANCE OF NUTRIENT IN THE DIET OF ATTENTION DEFICIT-HYPERACTIVITY DISORDER (ADHD) IN CHILDREN

Attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a behavioral disorder affected 3-5 % of school going age children chiefly affected male characterized by inattention, hyperactivity & impulsiveness. A number of etiological factors can be assumed in its aetiopathogenesis but diet play a chief role as well as precipitating factor in  ADHD’s symptoms such as iron, magnesium, iodine, choline, vitamin B complex & vitamin C deficiencies along with excess sugar intake. By fulfill these nutrient in the diet of ADHD children we can ameliorate ADHD symptoms.

Objectives: - The aim of the study was to find out the determinants of job satisfaction of physical therapist and to clarify that the professional specific scale which is used (speak man scale) is predicting the same which the general job satisfaction questionnaire measures.
