E-LEARNING IN INDIAN HIGHER EDUCATION

E-Learning is a modern, technology-oriented training method. It is moulding the world wide educational scenario from local to global approach. In India, the education system is based on class room lectures. E-Learning is used as a teaching and learning tool by teachers and students but e-learning courses are not usually offered by Indian Universities. Prospective of e-learning is high in India but the adoption rate is very low. A good marketing strategy, awareness and evolutionary government policy is required for this purpose.

Attitude Of Student Teachers Towards Microteaching

The present study was conducted to study the attitude towards microteaching of  female student teachers with reference to their, stream, educational qualification and category. A sample of 94 female student teachers of Dhrol was selected by simple random sampling technique. The study revealed that the there is a significant difference between Science student teachers and Arts student teachers with regard to their attitude towards Microteaching.

THE SCHOOL EDUCATION FACILITIES IN BORDER AND COASTAL AREA VILLAGES OF KACHCHH DISTRICT OF GUJARAT STATE

Target of Sarva Siksha Abhiyan (SSA), and Right to Education (RTE) Act, has not been achieved till. Now one more Rastriya Uchchh Siksha Abhiyan (RUSA) has targeted ensuring Access, Equality and Quality of education  and ensured Gross Enrolment Ratio (GRE) in higher education  25.2% at the end of  XIIth   Five year Plan and 32 %  at the end of  XIIIth Five year Plan and also  targeted to correct regional imbalance in access to higher education. Without achieving batter school education, it is difficult to attain the target of RUSA.

IMPORTANCE OF NUTRIENT IN THE DIET OF ATTENTION DEFICIT-HYPERACTIVITY DISORDER (ADHD) IN CHILDREN

Attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a behavioral disorder affected 3-5 % of school going age children chiefly affected male characterized by inattention, hyperactivity & impulsiveness. A number of etiological factors can be assumed in its aetiopathogenesis but diet play a chief role as well as precipitating factor in  ADHD’s symptoms such as iron, magnesium, iodine, choline, vitamin B complex & vitamin C deficiencies along with excess sugar intake. By fulfill these nutrient in the diet of ADHD children we can ameliorate ADHD symptoms.

RELAXATION TECHNIQUES IN SPORTS

Relaxation is characterised by an absence of activity and tension. Relaxation is the most fundamental psychological skill. Stress management techniques viz. autogenic training, biofeedback, hypnosis, meditation, progressive relaxation, and other methods have been used as aids against stress in various fields-psychotherapy and sports in particular. Self talk enhances and reinforcing self-confidence before an athletic performance. In progressive relaxation technique, an individual progresses form one muscle to another to learn the skill.

A STUDY ON THE PATTERN OF USAGE OF MOBILE PHONES AMONG COMMERCE COLLEGE STUDENTS IN SURAT

The Indian mobile telecommunications market has been growing at a very fast pace. Over the years, young consumer’s demand has become even more mature and   sophisticated. By doing an empirical study, this thesis provides a snapshot of the Indian youth market for mobile phones. The research work focuses on the usage of mobile phones by students in three commerce colleges of  Surat. Primary data is used for the study. It was collected with the help of pre-structured questionnaire. Statistical techniques like Weighted Average Score and Likert scale was used to analyze the data.

A STUDY OF IMPACT OF NEW EVALUATION SYSTEM ON TEACHERS WORKLOAD AND TEACHING EFFECTIVENESS

A STUDY OF THE THEORY AND PRACTICE OF DECENTRALIZED MANAGEMENT AT THE MAHARAJA SAYAJIRAO UNIVERSITY OF BARODA, VADODARA

EFFECTIVENESS OF WORD-CARD AS A SELF-LEARNING TECHNIQUE WITH REFERENCE TO TEACHING OF STATISTICS

The present study was designed to construct the work card material for ‘Permutation Combination’ unit related to the subject Statistics of standard 11th and it’s effectiveness on the achievement in context’s of student’s gender.
