Abstract: 

Brand posts on brand admirer pages are a vital tool for promoting and engaging with the brand's target audience. Virtual entertainment stages are an incredible method for building associations with your customer.  Making brand admirer pages on long range informal communication is the most important technique for taking feedback from the viewers. 

On these brand admirer pages, companies can make bulletins that may include message videos puzzles and other information relating to the product, as well as contents. Here, companies come to know about customer views regarding how they can become brand admirers by indicating their liking or commenting on brand posts, which in turn reflects the popularity of the brand. companies get the idea about potential determinants of brand post-affection in this research paper, the researcher examines 200 brand posts from eleven different product categories, representing 11 foreign brands

According to result, the fame of the brand post is augmented by the customers when the brand page has a top position. However, the results also display that numerous of factors affected by receiving the comment on the post. Specifically, engaging and dynamic brand pole features rise the number of liking and reviews. Furthermore, the numbers of liking and reviews on a brand post is really correlated with the share of hopeful comments. The study reveals that the hopeful comments on a brand post are totally related to the liking and reviews. Here companies can improve interactive features.
