Abstract: 

Creativity is the ability to develop new ideas and to discover new ways of looking at problems and opportunities.

Innovation is the ability to apply creative solutions to problems and opportunities to enhance or to enrich people’s life.

Harvard’s Theodore Levitt says that “creativity is the thinking new things, and innovation is doing new things.” Entrepreneurs become successful by thinking and doing new things or old things in new ways.

Entrepreneurship is the result of a disciplined, systematic process of applying creativity and innovation to needs and opportunities in the market place. It involves applying focused strategies to new ideas and new insights to create a product or a service that satisfies customer’s need or solve their problems. Millions of people come up with creative ideas for new or different products & services; most of them however, never do anything with them. Entrepreneurs are those who connect their creative ideas with the purposeful action and structure of a business.

Management Legend Peter Drucker says” Innovation is the specific tool of entrepreneurs, the means by which they exploit change as an opportunity for a different business or a different service.”

This research paper firstly introduces with the basic concept of creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship and secondly explores the successful Indian women entrepreneur’s way of using her innovation to establish entrepreneurship in the world of beauty products and natural remedies. With clear vision, risk taking ability, excellent organizing skill, creativity and innovation she has made the Shahnaz Husain Group the undisputed leader in the market for Beauty Products and Natural Remedies.
