QUALITY OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN INDIA

Abstract: 

Human resources is the assets of the nation. Utilization of human, material and financial resources determines the development of the nation. Preparing quality human resources is the aim of education. There are various parameters on which quality of education is measured. To measure quality of higher education various agencies are functioning. At globe, various agencies are ranking university on different parameters. These parameters are related to quality of teaching, quality of teachers and students’ development. Earlier Indian university didn’t get performed well in this ranking process. But now, it has improvised and many universities and educational institutions are included in top 300 universities. It indicates improvement of quality of higher education in India.
