This Study is based on the survey research for knowing awareness of students regarding Contagious disease AIDS. Researcher has attempted to check the effect of Gender, Cast and Area of location of secondary school students on Consciousness Standard of Students about AIDS Disease. Researcher has collected data by using “Test of AIDS Awareness” with data analysis of mean, median, mode, standard deviation, etc.  On the basis of scores obtained from students an attempt has been made to shows how they are aware of AIDS disease, what data they are having regarding AIDS and it shows their awareness about AIDS. Finding shows that AIDS awareness was found in students of gender boys and Girls both as equivalent in respect of awareness about AIDS and further it can be said that AIDS awareness was found in students of Cast Non Reserve more than students of Cast Reserve.
