WIRELESS PATIENT MONITORING SYSTEM USING MICROCONTROLLER FOR HEARTBEAT AND RESPIRATION MEASUREMENT

This Project is to study demonstrate different solution alternatives to the remote monitoring system. Care of critically ill patient requires prompt & accurate decisions so that life-protecting & lifesaving therapy can be properly applied. Because of these requirements, ICUs have become widely established in hospitals. Difficulty found in most hospitals is that Expert has to frequently visit the patient & asses his/her condition by measuring different parameters. These systems works when there is any emergency by using different wireless technologies.

A STUDYTO EXAMINE THE EXTENT EXISTING POLICIES IN UGANDA FACILITATE EDUCATION AND LEARNING OF CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS IN INCLUSIVE PRIMARY SCHOOLS

The study examinedthe extent existing Policies in Uganda Facilitate Education and Learning of Children with Special Needs In Inclusive Primary Schools.The objectives of this study were: to find out the level of awareness of the policies in Uganda that support education among the respondent, to study the extent to which the existing policies’ has facilitated learning of children with special needs and to identify how policies has supported education of children with special needs in Uganda.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS OF TASKS IN THE EXERCISE BLOCKS OF MATHEMATICS TEXTBOOK OF SECONDARY SCHOOLS OF UGANDA

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the tasks included in the exercise blocks of a mathematics textbook of secondary school of Uganda for performance expectations. The tasks in the textbook (Secondary School Mathematic Students’ Book 2) were analysed using a framework developed from TIMSS mathematics framework 2011.

TEACHING STRATEGY PREFERENCES OF ENGLISH MAJOR STUDENTS: A CASE OF ISABELA STATE UNIVERSITY

This study was conducted to determine the students’ preferred teaching strategies used by English teachers at the College of Arts and Sciences, Isabela State University Echague Campus this 2nd Semester of the Academic Year 2015-2016. It used the descriptive method to describe the attributes of the respondents and was correlated to the students’ preferred teaching strategies used by English teachers and inferential method of research to test the hypothesis of the study.

Critical Thinking Skills of Higher Secondary Students in relation to Achievement in Physics

Critical thinking is a higher order cognitive skill which helps in processing the information. The focus of the study is to examine the relationship between critical thinking skills and achievement in the physics of the higher secondary students in which the sample consisted of 300 higher secondary students from Villupuram District of Tamil Nadu by using the stratified sample technique. Murthy critical thinking scale (2015) was used to collect the data.

Some Aspects of Infant and Child Mortality in few States

The rate of infant and child mortality is very high among the people of India particularly those living in rural areas. This paper examines levels, trends and socio-demographic factors associated with infant and child mortality among few states. The government of India has conducted the fourth National Family Health Survey (NFHS 4) in 2015 and some partial results from a few states are now available. It is a similar type of countrywide surveys which was conducted in 1992 (NFHS 1), 1998 (NFHS 2), 2005 (NFHS 3).
