Today people are facing many problems in this changing world, so job satisfaction is also becoming complex day-by-day for them wherever they work. An integral component of a work climate is job satisfaction which is very much related to the values teachers hold. The values which the teachers have will effect generation of students. Satisfaction is a function of the discrepancy between the job outcomes of a person’s wants and outcomes that are perceived to be received.

Education is a whole new world of learning in the 21^st century where science and technology is on the fast development resulting in new knowledge, skills and attitudes. As such, we need to integrate the use of modern science and technology in teaching and learning in order to effectively transfer knowledge for transformation.
